Latvian Fund for Nature together with the Institute for Environmental Solutions took part in this year's LAMPA conversation festival and for two days filled the cozy "Nature and Climate stage" with various discussions, activities, speed dating and stand-up performance.
The events, which also took place online, were available on LAMPA website and on the Latvian Fund for Nature's “Facebook” platform. The talks and discussions are currently available on the Latvian Fund for Nature's “YouTube” channel.
On both festival LAMPA days, 20 August and 21 August, at Cēsis castle manor barn and the science and art center "Brūzis", the exhibition "Lauka pētījumi" was on display. Scientists and artists worked together on environmental research and transformed Cēsis castle manor barn into a space of process and experimentation with installations, soundscapes, texts, movies and performances that captured environments that would never be repeated.
The exhibition was a part of the LIFE CRAFT project: Climate-smart agriculture sought answers on how to live in balance between nature, human desires and needs.
